Warranty scope
Warranty support is provided by Sibatong Machine Manufacturing according to confirmed order terms. Warranty terms vary by product model, order quantity, configuration and destination. The applicable warranty is confirmed in the quotation or sales agreement.
Technical support
For product issues, customers should provide model number, serial number if available, photos, videos and a description of operating conditions.
Exclusions
Warranty may not cover incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, unsuitable fuel, overload, water damage, transport damage after acceptance or operation outside the manual.
Returns
Return handling for export orders must be agreed in writing. Costs and responsibilities depend on inspection results, order terms and logistics conditions.
